Mr. Raza Rashid hails from Lahore, NA-127 constituency. He was born on July 16, 1989. Currently, he is working in one of the leading organizations of Pakistan. He did his Bachelors and MBA from the Lahore School of Economics (LSE), where he had been really active in extra-curricular activities such as, music, sports, literature society, etc. While doing his bachelors, he also worked for Geo TV, where he was a part of creative team. Main duties pertained to devising political, economic and social issues-related shows. Mr. Rashid was elected as the head boy and represented his school at various platforms. He is a committed social worker and has been voluntarily attached with the SOS. He co-founded a youth-led organization called "Pakistan youth movement" in which like-minded youth across Pakistan tried to bring a vibrant change in society through active participation in social welfare activities. He was also acknowledged for his efforts, by being called on various TV shows. He also led various fund raising campaigns for IDP's and flood relief activities. Mr. Rashid is a true representative of progressive, tolerant and dynamic youth who think beyond sects and provinces. |
