Mr. Muhammad Bilal Rashid belongs to Lahore district in Punjab. He was born on September 02, 1991 and received his schooling from the Lahore Grammar School. He is currently pursuing his degree of Bachelors in Public administration from National University of Science and Technology. He was a member of the winning team in inter-school parliamentary debate competition. He had also earned the title for best batsman of the year in 2011 for playing a winning knock in the final cricket match. He is currently working as Director Administration in NUST Public Administration Society. He is a strong supporter of involvement of youth in National Affairs of State through participation in political and decision-making processes. He aims for becoming a policy analyst having all the insights of effective policy making. |
