Rana Musa Tahir, born on December 8, 1994, is a resident of Lahore. He received his schooling from the Aitchison College. A straight A's student, he was awarded the Blazer for excellence in Academics. He is also an eloquent speaker and won various national-level awards and honors for his school. After completing his O & A' Levels from Aitchison he went on to pursue a degree of BSc Economics from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). There he ran for Elections of the LUMS Student Council and became its General Secretary. Under his leadership, the Student Council became socially and politically more active than it had been in years. Other than politics, Rana Musa Tahir is also interested in writing about social and economic issues. His articles were regularly published in the widely read national daily, ‘The News', for several months. Currently he also serves as the President of PLUMS, the magazine/newspaper publication society at LUMS. |
