| Brief Profile | |||
Mr. Sohaib Nehal is a Software Engineer by profession and social activist by passion. He is a Computer Science graduate from NED University of Engineering and Technology and is currently enrolled in MS Computer Science and IT at the same university. He has just joined hands as Web and Platform developer with a UNICEF funded US based startup Calorie Cloud which is striving to remove hunger and healthcare issues linked with malnutrition. Before that he was working as a Project Manager and was leading the web division at Panacloud Pvt. Ltd. He has been a part of social, curricular and extra-curricular activities. Recently he was invited as speaker at All Pakistan Access Institute 2014 Islamabad which was organized by Evolution in collaboration with US Embassy Islamabad. At APAI 2014, he engaged with Access leaders from 16 cities of Pakistan and trained them on topics like self-esteem, self-confidence and career planning. He was also President of an all Pakistan IT event; ITEC (Information Technology Exhibition and Competition 2013) organized by the department of Computer Science and IT of NED University. Besides that he actively engages with youth and kids and try to inject in them the power and energy to change their lives. |
