Ms. Soonh Ladhi was born in Jamshoro on August 30,1992 where she also received her basic education in Jamshoro. After moving to Karachi, she did her Matriculation from Roshan Tara Secondary School Karachi Campus. She did her intermediate majoring in Commerce from Government Degree College Gulshan-e-Iqbal. Currently, she is pursuing masters in Library and Information Science from University of Karachi. Further she has been awarded Global Ugrad scholarship award from US Department of State. She studied a semester at Clarion University of Pennsylvania. She has been awarded 2nd Best Social Action Project award by the British council on active citizen learning program. In addition she has received an award from the Youth Advocacy Network for her efforts to organize a seminar in University of Karachi on Peace, conflict resolution, tolerance and human rights. She has written several articles in regional newspapers on environmental and health issues. She has also volunteered in organizing several youth events. |
