Mr. Dalir Khan was born in Karak on November 02, 1992. He completed his Matriculation and Intermediate from University Wensam College. He stood second overall in his Bachelor's from Gomal University. He has completed MS International relations from Quaid-e-Azam University with distinction and has been a member of the Pashtun Council where he was also nominated as stage secretary. His future goals include either becoming a practicing politician or political scientist. |
