Mr. Muhammad Umer hails from Lahore District of Punjab. He was born on October 25, 1989 and received his education from the Government College University (GCU), Lahore and later the University Law College (ULC), Punjab University, Lahore. Mr. Muhammad Umer Malik completed his BA (Hons.) degree in History and LLB from GCU and ULC respectively and registered as an advocate with Punjab Bar Council and Lahore Bar Association. He has been working as Youth President at Pakistan India Peoples' Forum for Peace and Democracy, Lahore chapter, since 2013 where he orchestrates various social, educational and cultural events for promoting peace and creating an impeccable environment between Pakistan and India. He stood third in arts group in his college and was selected captain of his college cricket team, which won All Colleges Cricket Tournament under his captaincy. He has served as Vice-President and Finance Secretary of Garret History Society at GCU in 2011 and 2010 respectively. He is a vibrant advocate of peace and children's right to education for making a prosperous and amicable environment. |
